What you need for a hybrid coaching studio
Checklist for coaching institutes building a room that works offline, live, and recorded.

Teaching surface
Board or IFP must be readable in-room and on camera. Avoid glossy glare; plan lighting so the board doesn’t wash out.
Camera & framing
One well-placed camera beats three chaotic angles. PTZ with presets helps teachers move; auto-tracking is optional for premium rooms.
Audio first
Remote students drop when audio is bad. Lavalier or quality condenser, treated echo where possible, and a simple gain structure teachers won’t break.
Lighting
Key + fill on the teacher, careful board light. Avoid single overhead tubes that shadow faces on stream.
Compute & network
A dedicated streaming PC, wired network where possible, and a rehearsal before peak batch season.
Training & AMC
Handover without training fails in week one. AMC keeps the room alive when something breaks before a live test series.
